Can we get environment variables in custom mocha reporter?

So Cypress is being called like:

DEBUG=cypress:streamline:reporter DEBUG_DEPTH=3 DEBUG_HIDE_DATE=true npx cypress run --reporter "cypress/plugins/reporter.js" --browser chrome --env SITE=' . $site . ',TOKEN=' . $token . ',MESSAGES_URL=' . $messagesUrl . ' --config-file "cypress.dev.json" --spec "cypress/tests/footer.spec.js" --headless

And in the reporter, I need to access those env variables.
