Every version13.3.2 (and more versions) of cypress/included has been updated 15 days ago. Was this a mistake. Where are the release notes for this? This is causing failures in CIs:

ERROR Unable to resolve cypress configuration

• make sure that 'cypress-cloud/plugin' is installed
• report the issue together with cypress stdout and stderr

@HarryAnkers There were updates which is covered in this blog post. If you're using the cypress-cloud plugin, you'll need to remove it and all configuration files/settings in order to continue to run Cypress.
