Provide images to match Node.js 20.x LTS - 'Iron' (minimum 20.9.0)

Node.js transitioned version 18.x to maintenance status and version 20.x to LTS status on October 24, 2023 (see Node.js release schedule).

v20.9.0 is tagged as the Node.js 20.x LTS.

The most recent cypress/base version published is 20.6.1.

This is an enhancement request for Cypress Docker images (base / browsers / included) to be released covering the Node.js 20.x minimum version 20.9.0.

Edit: The LTS version is 20.9.0, not 20.8.1, however there are no functional changes between the two releases. v20.9.0 is simply the declaration of LTS status and the assignment of the Iron name to this release.
