Could you add the ability to comment columns and tables?

As laravel's migration provides:

$table->string('avatar')->nullable()->comment('图像');

$table->comment('交易');

Describe alternatives you've considered

Because when viewing a separate view database, if the field is more and more complex, it will be very confusing
