Usages onboarding with additional properties (during Migration)

Team, we are helping customers with the migration journey, and one of the hiccups we see around the migration is migrating the usages, where we do not have anyway (API endpoint) to add the optional properties like "Restart Service" and "Logon Account" for the actual usage(services). On a large customer base, it is a huge invasive task to manually populate that information. It would be really great to have an API endpoint to add/update those properties.

Also the dependent account onboarding API script is limited to only 5 default usages ("COM+ Application, IIS Anonymous Authentication, IIS Application Pool, Windows Scheduled Task, Windows Service"), Can we also extend support for other usages such TextConfig etc.
