Opened a session to execute Allen V1 notebook but it opens without any files or data

1. In dev Cybershuttle portal, navigated to the Catalog page
2. Searched for the allenai entries and started a session
3. Authenticated to the hub
4. In the Jupyter window, no files, no data or notebook listed.
5. Tested with gkeyll notebook as well as Allen V1, and both are the same; no notebook, folders, or .yml file.
