Same with any charts if the values ​​don't change. In all versions in 2024.

I'm aware of this bug, but I tried to figure out what can possibly wrong, but I failed. HA should take care of the display precision, we even have predefined display precision for the sensor in const.py.

So, to be short, I'm aware of the problem, but I don't know how to solve it. I guess we need some help here.
