Creating and Editing not recorded in Logs

If I create a Learning Unit no entry to the log file is created. It would be great if an entry would be created that contains the LeraningUnitID and "createLU" as mode.

If I edit a Lerning Unit, two entries are created, both with mode "view". That's correct if I call the LU for editing (first entry with view), but it should be "edit" if the LU is edited (second entry with "edit").

If I add a knowledge unit the access is recorded correctly. But the entry in "mode" should be "createKU" instead of "view".

If I add text (or something else later on) to a knowledge unit the mode should be "createContent"

If I edit content in a knowledge unit the mode should be "editContent". That is: If I edit content, first "createContent" or "view" is recorded, and than "edit" if "save text" is klicked.
