No dupilcate language version of same KU

When adding text (or something else like a BBB later on) to a KU it should not be possible to add a new page with the same
metadata and the same language. In other terms: In
http://localhost:3001/knowledge-units/show/
when clicking on "Add text" only languages that are not used yet should be availabe.
