Title of LU not shown when editing KUs

http://localhost:3001/knowledge-units/show/XX
the title of the Learning Unit that contains the Knowledge Unit I'm editing is not shown. I'd suggest to put the title of the Learning Unit in the TitleBar.
Same applies to
http://localhost:3001/texts/show/XX
In that case, the title bar should show the title of the learning unit and in a smaller font below the knowledge type, a - and than the media type (that is: the translation from TaxonomyLanguages). Like in the design draft in google docs.
