Slow-mo collapsing leftovers window when applying

Leftovers window always collapsing very slowly at any gpu/cpu power.
To repeat this:

• uninstall any software
• wait for leftover window appear
• increase leftover window width and height (as much as possible)
• press "Delete"
• look at slo-mo as leftover window decrease in size pixel-by-pixel

The more leftover window was the longer it takes to decrease this window to minimal then start to delete selected leftovers. Deleting leftovers will take 1/1000 of the time window collapses.
Animation can't be disabled - no option.

That's strange - the algorithm decreases window height by 10px every 10 ms, which means 1000px every second - should be pretty quick!
