MFC not launching when signed into Windows 10

Hello, I have an issue, where the MFC does not launch with Windows 10 when turned on. I have set the program to launch when signed in through the settings and also have forced it by putting the .ink file into the startup folder through file explorer

I use iMac 5K retina 2015 (iMac 17,1) with MFC free version 1.5.16

I did not get any warning nor a message, the app works fine though, it is just that it doesn't turn on in the background when I boot into Windows.
