Is it possible to replace the sprite that follows the cursor?

Hello, im wanting to replace the sprites for the cursor follower to a capybara instead, and I wanted to see if thats possible
If so, what ratios would I use for the sprite? and how would I import them?
I really appreciate any help you can provide!
