Operators catalog not visible with crc 2.56.0-4.20.1

General information

From the catalog source I want to install RHTPA Operator (Trusted profile analyzer) but only the helm chart is found. In the catalog source all the operator are enabled and are in ready state

Start crc, go to software catalong and use rhtpa or trusted as a search term, only the helm chart is found and not the operator

Expected behavior

Using rhtpa or trusted in the search box I want to see the operator to install it on the cluster in the same way on 4.19 and previous versions

Actual behavior

The operators can't be found in the software catalog

Operator tab is missing issue is something we are already aware of and openshift/console#15803 suppose to resolve it once backported to release-4.20 branch and after bundle update. It is mostly because depend on extra capability which is not part of default crc.
