[BUG] OpenShift local resource shows UNKNOWN Cluster status even though nothing is configured on Linux

Steps to reproduce

1. Install CRC locally
2. Install and start Podman Desktop
3. On dashboar, CRC shows correct info -> crc is installed, shows Initialize and start option
4. Open resources
5. Assert: OpenShift local resouce shows proper information

Actual

It shows unknown cluster status.
