Cannot Sync TaxJar categories #22

Description

I get this error Categories update failed. Make sure you are not in sandbox mode. when clicking the button Sync TaxJar categories. I debugged, and the actual error is an "invalid handle error."

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install and setup TaxJar plugin with API keys
  2. Go Tax -> Tax Categories
  3. Click the "Sync TaxJar Categories” button.
