In this PR, ModelHelper is a simple class to serialize/deserialize json docs to model classes.
I'm not sure if this ModelHelper should also handle the 1::1 relationship between the model and the document.
CBLModel subclasses have a
documentproperty to keep a reference to a document from the model.Would be good to have that too but without the subclassing mechanism as this is just a model helper (not a full featured ODM).
