How do I transfer coins from this wallet to other wallets or dexs? do I need to hold atom coins for transaction fee's?
Hello @rmc311318 ,
ITo resolve this, the most effective approach is to contact the official support team, as they have the tools and expertise to investigate and correct the problem.
I have already submitted a support ticket on your behalf, and your reference ID is COS7638. You can follow up on this by reaching out to the support team through the following link: Cosmos dApps Support Requests.
Once you open the page, simply click the live chat icon located at the bottom corner of the screen to start a real-time conversation with a support agent who can assist you further.
If you encounter any issues while navigating the site or require additional assistance, feel free to reach out.
Thank you for your patience!

Hi @rmc311318, Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, the details provided are insufficient to fully understand your situation. Thank you for the information. I am trying to send some USDC held on the polygon chain in Cosmostation app. I put Matic in my Cosmostation app, but I put it on the Etherium chain. So, now I’m trying to figure the little mess I made. I’m sure I need to transfer my Matic off the Etherium network to the Polygon network, but I keep getting a “Swap Router uses signed permit approvals. This allows you to approve smart contract access to your selected tokens and swap in one single transaction” message! Which is not registering in my mind, unfortunately!Sent from my iPhoneOn Jan 13, 2025, at 11:55 PM, chicrock ***@***.***> wrote:
Hi @rmc311318,
Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, the details provided are insufficient to fully understand your situation. However, based on your question, it seems like you want to transfer coins using our product. Let me explain how to transfer coins using Cosmos ATOM as an example.
Mobile App Wallet:
Go to the Cosmos section and check your ATOM balance.
Tap the balance to input the recipient chain, address, and amount.
If you’re sending ATOM within Cosmos, leave the recipient chain as Cosmos (default), then enter the address and amount.
Hit Send to confirm.
Important: If you’re sending to an exchange, make sure to include the Memo they provide.
Browser Extensions (Chrome/Firefox):
Open the Cosmos section, hit Send, and fill in the details.
Click Send to transfer your coins.
Fees:
Blockchain transfers always require fees. You’ll need the chain’s native token for this (e.g., ATOM for Cosmos, OSMO for Osmosis).
Sending to a DEX:
If you’re using Osmosis DEX, set the recipient chain to Osmosis in your wallet, or use the Deposit button directly on the DEX (Osmosis DEX).
If you share more details about what you’re trying to do, I’ll be happy to help further!
Cheers!
