how can i find two transaction of an IBC tx?

Imagine I want to bridge my AKT from osmosis to native akash network.
I can find the source transaction because my wallet sent it.
but on the receiving wallet, there might be multiple received ibc amounts from same address . how can I find the right receive tx?
