Having issues with wrong partition size

gibMacOS when in on the make install I find some very wrong things.

1. The removable media that the command prompt recognizes is 30.76gb when i have 29340mb of storage on the physical usb
2. when selecting that drive to install on I get this error which says its formatting more than the limit of the drive here's the image -

   I have done some trouble shooting and found out the error happens at this line of code
   
   Right after it says "active" when you make another primary partition it gives the error.
