Upgrading to 2.0, png image memory usage has doubled, and dcm is normal

The expected behavior

Memory is normal

[Bug] In 1.83.1, when there are too many pictures and there are 300 pictures, 1. Using useNorm16Texture will render very sluggish and slow;2. In iOS, the error RangeError: Out of memory will be reported. Try Cornerstone 3DConfig.rendering to modify it will still result in Out of memory. It is normal to return to 1.83.0. I hope to get help thanks. #1728
