Fedora 41 has a broken version of crun: 1.18.1-1.fc41

This is probably a Fedora build issue, but:
Fedora 41 uses 1.18.1-1.fc41 that broke support of device forwarding for rootfull containers (I ran into this with --device /dev/dri).

Fedora 40 has a newer, fixed version built on Nov 4th (that can be easily installed on F41):
sudo dnf install https://rpmfind.net/linux/fedora/linux/updates/40/Everything/x86_64/Packages/c/crun-1.18.2-1.fc40.x86_64.rpm

Please help update crun for F41

thanks, I am cutting a new release #1617 and will work on the Fedora packaging soon after the release is done
