Helping a few users with setting up unixodbc in conda environments where none of the odbc tools are installed globally on the machines in question. However, odbcinst -j still reports /etc/odbcinst.ini, etc. as the location for the various odbc setup files. Would it make sense to update the feedstock so that it either sets the appropriate env variables when the conda environment is loaded or just makes sure that it's looking in the right place relative to the package install?
