Should not accept address that does not correspond to a valid format for an address.

@tamarandom in case you put something that is not a valid format, won't let you continue with the process, as you can see above.

Maybe later on we can flag the input in which there is no valid format, but I think this should be done after implementing the xls import for v1.5, just to avoid any conflicts. What do you think?
