Feature Idea

I hope this message finds you well. I would like to propose integrating Microsoft's TRELLIS into ComfyUI as a feature to enhance 3D image rendering capabilities. TRELLIS is a cutting-edge tool that enables efficient 3D visualization and would greatly expand ComfyUI's utility for users working with 3D assets.

By incorporating TRELLIS, ComfyUI could provide users with a seamless way to process, render, and interact with 3D models, aligning with the growing demand for such functionalities in creative and professional fields. The integration would undoubtedly make ComfyUI more versatile and valuable to its community.

There are already several custom nodes to implement TRELLIS which you could try today:

  1. https://github.com/if-ai/ComfyUI-IF_Trellis
  2. https://github.com/smthemex/ComfyUI_TRELLIS
  3. https://github.com/MrForExample/ComfyUI-3D-Pack
