Look into Extensions (email extension) and seeing how to use that with information.

There is FireStore extension that can send emails based off of certain data (TriggerEmail extension). For example, all orders need to approved by a chief engineer so every few hours, an email should be sent to the chief engineers with a list of the orders that have been submitted since the last email was sent. If you can look into this, that would be great :)
