Multi-line shell commands don't seem to be supported as the Wiki example indicates.

Looks like this regression is from 1e01a50. Will think about how to support multi-line, stdin and chroot environments all at once.. Might have to use two loops.. Until then you could manually revert that commit.

Although multi-line keeps things tidy, I don't think it's absolutely necessary if the wiki is updated to avoid confusion.
