This just does not make any sense. The argument of reflecting the runtime guarantees in the type don't reflect on this, since string is a non-finite set, so this library won't parse all possible keys to know its supposed to be non-partial. Yet adding brand, a purely type-level action, suddenly makes it partial (video).

This is just an example of many. This manifests in many issues I can see in the tracker. Really the worst decision ever to just throw in the Partial at some point. Really high hopes in v4 avoiding doing this.
