Notification about events

When I have sent a transaction and was disturbed by other apps, I want to be notified with a push with a sound about transaction confirmation, so that I will be sure that the transaction happened and don't need to double-check.
I know it's done when

• there is push notification for transaction confirmations.
• there is a setting to turn off notification sound/notification itself
