RepoM already features the ability to either only find repositories in a list of root folders or to exclude specific repos from the collection.
It would be ideal of you could exclude entire root folders however. Most notable, the Steam and IntellijIdea installations are containing a few git repos (Steam alone has about 5 coming just from one video game) that I'd want to exclude.

Do you have any suggestions how to implement this?
I don't feel your pain as I have all my repositories on 2 places and I set RepoM to use only those two directories to scan for repositories.
