[studio] "Clear History" button's position is misleading

Since the "Clear History" button is a trash can inside of the "Send a message" textarea, it suggests that the purpose of the button is to clear the contents of the textarea and not the entire history.

Expected Results

The "Clear History" button is placed in a location that suggests it relates to the history as a whole and not the "Send a message" textarea.
