Adding Custom Action to send SMS OTP

I have tried to create a custom action (App/Action/CustomSMSAction.php) to send SMS OTP instead of Email2FA, But I got this error "Call to a member function getType() on nul" in

FCPATH/vendor/codeigniter4/shield/src/Authentication/Authenticators/Session.php at line 486

Have no idea this is because of bellow custom action or a bug
