Right now the front end displays "Languages Spoken" and lists the languages other than English. It needs to be clear that English is spoken as well and I think this would make sense to include in database, as it would otherwise necessitate adding client logic to add English (which would be problematic if there was an org that did, in fact, not offer services in English).

Assuming that the entries that currently have a languages field represent human services (or at least locations where it makes sense to show a Languages Spoken section), then we can conditionally add English only if the entry already has a languages field.
Just wanted to check on this issue, we still have entries like: http://www.smc-connect.org/organizations/el-centro-de-libertad/freedom-center that list "English- and Spanish-speaking adult ..." as the audience but only have Spanish listed under Languages Spoken, which looks like a mistake. English should be listed as well.
