YMCA branches should consistently be one kind or the other:

Not necessarily. They don't all provide the same services. At least it seemed like there were some differences when I was reading through their description.

It looks like bad data to me that the branches are a mix of kinds (esp. with the nebulous "Other"). In this case I'd change them all to Sports except the admin office. All the branches have some aspect of focus on fitness and health, which the YMCA is known for.
