💡Automatically accept content warning #3591

Description

@papa-MG

PROBLEM: When watching videos, especially though playlists, there will be videos that require you to hit a button labelled "I understand and wish to proceed" which will prevent the video from playing. When away from keyboard, this will just stop videos playing.

SOLUTION: I've seen and tested this on a video, but by adding "&rco=1" to the end of the URL, this will skip the message.

ALTERNATIVES: Alternatively have a way to auto click prompt.

RELEVANCE / SCOPE: This would be good for any user that likes to leave a playlist running in the background, for example when laying in bed, having the playlist just stop sucks.

"SIDE EFFECTS": I do not believe it will conflict as this setting would only affect videos with the content warning, it should only be a single toggle in the player menu.

CONTEXT: NA

Thank you!
