💡Show that I'm subscribed to a channel on the home page.

⚬ PROBLEM:
Sometimes I forget what channels I've subscribed to, especially recent subscriptions or those that rarely post. I also am very picky about watching videos from channels I'm not familiar with. Sometimes I miss out on video suggestions on the home page because I didn't realized I was subscribed and thus already vetted them.

⚬ SOLUTION:
Some sort of channel name highlight or icon next to the channel name to show I'm subscribed to that channel.

⚬ ALTERNATIVES:
I've tried the extension that does the subscription organizer but it's just kinda clunky and a lot of work to organize and then I have to pay to expand on some of the features that might be useful. And it still doesn't solve my scrolling through the home page problem.

⚬ RELEVANCE / SCOPE:
I genuinely don't know how many people scroll though the youtube home page like I do and want to easily tell who they're subscribed to. Maybe I'm subscribed to too many channels or have a worse memory than other people? I'm not familiar with Youtube's backend, but I don't think it would be too intensive of an add-on, and I think a lot of the people who use Youtube enough to get this extension would find it useful, even if they wouldn't have thought to ask for it themselves.

⚬ "SIDE EFFECTS":
I think this would be an easy check on or off button that only the sort of people who complain about almost any change would be annoyed to see listed. However, changing the color text could conflict with extensions like Shinigami Eyes.

Hi sorry I didn't realize I'd be choosing someone to do this!
I looked over what you have in your javascript so far — it looks like the current focus is on manually marking channels. Is that just an additional feature? Or is it because it's difficult to obtain and load a list of subscriptions?
You know what either way, you're also the only one so far who seems to have some sort of game plan (no offense to the other two!) so I'll hand it off to you! (which I will figure out how to do after responding lol)

• For an initial import, we need to scroll to the end and might require a tab or window. Still this tab can be in the background
• Additionally we can also add the channels live when clicking subscribe.
  • We can also look at out existing features for channels and blocking. I didn't write them
