💡Skip by seconds with media buttons while window is unfocused

⚬ PROBLEM:
I am working with another app and am referencing a video in youtube. With this extension, there is currently no way of skipping inside a video while the window is unfocused.

⚬ SOLUTION:
Use the media buttons (fast forward and rewind) to skip video playback a customizable number of seconds seconds in unfocused youtube. You already have J, K to skip 10 seconds in videos while the browser is focused. I suggest to also optionally make skipping work with the fast forward/rewind media buttons. This would be a QOL improvement.

⚬ ALTERNATIVES:
Better Media Keys for youtube allows for skipping by seconds inside a non-chaptered video. (I wish they skipped by seconds in all videos, however in chaptered videos, they insist on skipping to chapters.)

You currently use keyboard shortcuts J,K but this requires a focused window. Perhaps allow those users who prefer those keyboard shortcuts to optionally use the FFD/REW media buttons.
