[bug] [new] "Delete phase" doesn't take effect when you edit a competition

I'm an organiser of this competition: https://codalab.lisn.upsaclay.fr/competitions/16822

Originally, it consisted of 3 phases: 2 different evaluation steps and a post-competition one. At a certain point, we decided to remove the second evaluation step, leaving only 2 phases: competition and post-competition.

However, when I try to delete the unnecessary phase in the "Edit" menu, it doesn't take any effect. I press "Delete > OK" on the selected phase, it disappears in the "Edit" menu, and then I press "Submit" at the bottom of the page. However, the deleted phase is still displayed on the competition page. I tried it several times, and the result is always the same.

I tried renaming the phase we no longer needed, hoping that two identical phases would somehow merge, but it didn't work. So, the phase I want to delete is now №3 and called "Post-post-competition".

My browser is Firefox 121.0.1 (64-bit). I added pavao as an admin of the competition.
