Choose return position of GetLineOfSight: either observed (los) point or origin point

The choice of returned point position of the process needs to be parameterised at the input. The input parameter should allow the execute request to specify whether the returned position of the feature is the observed feature location (i.e. the position at the end of the line of sight) or the origin position of the line of sight (i.e. the raw starting position).
