They modularized their code and changed to using the ASGI interface. Doesn't seem like we need to do too much to catch up.

It may make it easier to extend the tier1 and tier2 servers with user/admin facing web pages or metrics scraping endpoints.

Migrating from connexion-2 to connexion-3.
