Add option to monitor CRLs

It would be cool if there was an option to monitor Certificate Revocations Lists as well. They are issued periodically and also have expiration date. Sometimes companies forgot to renew them. Or software that generates them fails. Or they are unavailable because server returns error 404 or 500...
