Wondering if the maintainers would consider opening up their plans or sharing their ideas for areas where the community can contribute and get support from repo owners in landing their changes? You could use Github's Discussions tool to start building a community around this that can support development outside of Cloudflare staff?
This repo had decent momentum but its showing signs that Cloudflare maybe isn't committed to keep it going in the long run (inferred by both looking at the commit graph and lack of issue activity).
I subscribed to cloudflare monthly billing and deployed an instance because I was really excited about the possibility of a serverless ActivityPub project, but the lack of community engagement is concerning. I'm open to contributing and believe I have the skillset to do so (have been reading up on Qwik) but I don't get the sense the contributors here want that (and that's OK, but you should say so before people make the investment of their own time and money, if it's just a short term corporate marketing project).

I wonder if it folks would be interested in forking this into a community repo? I'm not an effective engineer to help build it but I might be able to help contribute some product management. I'm interested in seeing this project succeed because I think it could fill a useful niche in the community.
