Add a prefix into chart naming convention

It would be useful to add a prefix etcd into chart naming convention to avoid overlaps with other resources

[prometherion]

This would be breaking, and we would need to bump the major version. Not a big problem, I'd say, just to share this publicly.

All the helpers functions must be renamed from etcd to kamaji-etcd.
