  1. Open https://codepen.io/Comandeer/pen/QWZogOd
  2. Select all content
  3. Press the "Remove Format" button.

Expected result

Nothing happens.

Actual result

The formatting is removed from all but the first paragraph.

  • OS: N/A
  • CKEditor version: 4.21.0+
  • Installed CKEditor plugins: removeformat

According to docs, Remove Format should keep block-level styles.
