Option to not store files, only check if links are broken #22

It would be nice to have a config option to not archive the resources, just to check if links are broken. Expanding on this idea, one could maybe setup certain orgs or groups to archive or not their resources.

Can you elaborate where in the code I would have to look to make the change of not archiving resources?
