Support for MbedTLS V4.0

Hello, There is the an issue, MbedTLS don't have backward compatibility with its previous versions. So, MbedTLS APIs need to be changed.
I noticed this change after trying to port libSRTP for Zephyr RTOS. Here is the PR to do that. Also I tried to add support for Zephyr RTOS in libSRTP as well, here is its related issue. If you are out of time, I can help.

You are welcome to make a PR and we can see where it goes. It seams that the 4.0 release is quite new so I am not sure when it is best to switch. Could be a compile option, depending on how much work is required.

the PSA Crypto API (https://arm-software.github.io/psa-api/crypto/) is not that new it was already available in earlier versions of mbedTLS, like Mbed TLS 3.6. Also Adding support for the PSA API can be added in a way, that it can be selected which api is used.

It seems only 3 .c files need to be changed. As it says here : Although this is true "TF-PSA-Crypto will still support the <mbedtls/md.h> interface for hash calculations throughout the 1.x version range, so migrating to PSA for this use case is optional." but In TF-PSA-Crypto, <mbedtls/md.h> does not support HMAC, so applications using HMAC will need to migrate to PSA. I searched for "PSA" word, there was nothing in the all of libSRTP files. Now I'm changing APIs to make a PR after I finished.
