Start Radio button does not work on Artist pages

Describe the Bug

I expected to listen to a mix of songs related to what the artist makes and the "Start Radio" button is not functional.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Searched for an artist
2. Clicked on the artist
3. Clicked "Start Radio"
4. Nothing happens.
