Intro to Storybook React Native tutorial changes

With this issue, the intent is to document the necessary changes for the Intro to Storybook tutorial for React Native.

What needs to change:

• Generate a template for the framework, possibly divided into React Native Web and React Native.
• Update the tutorial
• Update the assets
• Follow up with community members for updates on the translations.

@isbool thanks for reaching out to us with your question, we appreciate it. And to be honest with you I still haven't had the time to follow up with the core maintainer of Storybook for React Native and see where's his progress on migrating it to 6.x and introduce some of its features, such as Control. This is not forgotten I can assure you, hopefully, I can link up with him shortly and update this part of the tutorial and bring a similar experience equivalent to the other versions of it.

Hope you don't mind, but please bear with me and be a bit more patient so that we can finally close this issue and work on it.
