[Feature Request] Accept user input after 'Start'

It'd be great if there was the ability to allow for user input later on, rather than only before pressing 'Start'. It could take the format of one of the pop-ups (warning, error, success) except allow for fields there too, or just a second screen that can be specified like the first/initial view is.

For now, any recommendations on how to get user input from EITHER terminal window (main terminal window OR the one opened by Gooey)?

IDK, I mean the "mission statement" of gooey is "Turn (almost) any Python command line program into a full GUI application with one line". So, I would expect gooey to only be able to do/process this if the underlying CLI program will show the same behaviour, e.g. when using input(). Otherwise the correspondence between gooey and the underlying program gets lost I think.

I'm not in love with this idea, but I'm open to use cases / arguments / reasoning.

As is, I view this as out of scope. The goal of Gooey has always been about bridging the gap between people who use a terminal (developers), and people who do not use a terminal (the filthy unwashed masses). Interactivity has never really been a goal of Gooey because, well... the terminal already exists.

BTW you can combine gooey with formlayout and they seem to play along nice (tested on Windows)

PySimpleGUI is a bit more modern and being actively developed. It's much more powerful than formlayout but it seems to co-exist nicely wth gooey as well.

In my opinion there is no need to blow up a simple command line tool with PySimpleGUI or even Qt (formlayout).
We already have wx on board, so a simple solution is for example:

For more features have a look at the wxpython demo app and have a look at Dialogs, Common Dialogs and More Dialogs where you find easy to adopt exapmles for nearly every use case which can be embedded in the same way.

Since it is important to instantiate wx.App() it might be useful if it would be possible to use the wx.App() instance of Gooey itself, but to be honest, I haven't looked too deep in Gooey's code so far to sugggest a solution how to use it
