How to avoid the Gooey executable sticking whereas the job is actually finished

I compiled the program into executable using csxfreeze and the problem is that after the job is finished, the software is still stuck at the progress windows and not showing the finish (check mark) sign. There is no such problem when launching the UI with .py file.
